Iyali Da Yalwa



Da haka ne zamu gane cewa wannan hadisin koda kuwa ba ya nuni karara da abin da muka kawo, ta yadda wani zai musun abin da muka yi bayani, sai dai ga wasu ayoyi da ruwayoyi da suka yi magana kan abin da muka ambata. Manzon Allah (s.a.w) bai nemi a kawo masa ashararai da jahilai, da ‘yan sara suka ba, yana son al’umma mai hankali, da tunani, da ilimi, da wayewa, da ci gaba ne.

Sannan akwai wata fa’ida mai girma a wurin kwadaitar da yin aure wacce ita ce kare kai daga fadawa cikin fasadin zina, don haka ne ma zamu ga hadidai da ruwayoyi masu yawa sun zo suna sukan zaman gwagwarci ba tare da wani dalili ba.

Wasu ruwayoyin sun kwadaitar ta hanya kawo falalar yin aure wanda wannan hadisi yana daga ciki, wasu kuwa suna kawo fifikon ibadar mai aure kan maras aure, wasu kuwa suna sukan zaman gwagwarcin kamar ruwayar nan mai cewa:

“Kaskantattun matattunku su ne marasa aure” (Shara’I’ul lslam: Muhakkikul Hilli / j 2/ 491).

Da ruwayar: “Babu wani amfani da mutum zai samu bayan musulunci da ya fi mata musulma da take faranta masa rai idan ya kalle ta, take biyayya gareshi idan ya umarce ta, take kare mutuncinsa idan ba ya nan, ga kanta, da dukiyarsa” (Shara’I’ul lslam: Muhakkikul Hilli / j 2/ 491).

A nan ne zai bayyana a fili cewa wannan ruwayar mai cewa; “ku yi auratayya ku hayayyafa”, ba ta nufin komai sai kwadaitarwa kan yin aure da nisantar zaman banza, da kwadaitar da hayayyafa ta hanyar auratayya, ba ta hanyar fasadin zina ba!.

Mai shari’a yana iya sanya hanyoyi daban-daban kamar na gasa da ake iya sanyawa a rayuwar yau da gobe, domin ya kwadaitar da mutane yin wani abu, don haka ne ya sanya kwadaitarwa da cewa a ciki akwai farin cikinsa, kuma zai ma yi alfahari ga wata al’umma da wannan. Don haka wannan kuwa ba yana nufin ya yi umarni da a kawo ‘ya’ya barkatai a watsar a titi ba, sai dai yana nufin ya kwadaitar da al’ummarsa su yi wani abu ne wanda zai sanya shi farin cikin, don haka sai ya nuna ma har zai yi wa wasu alfahari da abin.

Wannan lamari a fili yake idan muka duba rayuwar mutane yau da gobe, zamu ga kowane mutum yana da hanyoyin da zai sanya ‘ya’yansa su kasance nagari, sai ya sanya musu kyauta da kwadaitarwa, domin su yi wani abu da zai yi alfahari da shi. Don haka ku nuna mini wanda ya fi manzon rahama son ganin ci gaban al’ummarsa da shiryar da ita? Sai dai abin takaici kowa yana fassara maganarsa yadda ya so ne.

Mai karatu ka yi mana afuwar  cewa don me ba mu fara bayanin shi kansa gundarin hadisin ba tukun, domin a cikinsa akwai maganganu masu muhimmanci matukar gaske. Jerin bayanin namu ta yiwu ya kasance aje-adawo, sai dai na yi hakan ne saboda muhimmancin wannan matashiya mai tsayi wacce take bangare ce ta wannan bayanin.

Idan muka duba wannan hadisin zamu ga yana da bangarori masu dadin gaske kamar dai kowane hadisi madaukaki daga manzon rahama (s.a.w), wannan ruwaya tana cewa: “Ku yi auratayya kwa hayayyafa, hakika ni ina yi wa al’umma alfahari da ku ranar kiyama (Maslakul Afham: Shahidus Sani / j 7/ s 12). A wata ruwayar da kari hatta da bari -ina yi wa al’ummu alfahari da shi, kamar yadda wasu ruwayoyin sun kawo cewa; bari ma yana da amfani domin yana tsayawa a kofar aljanna ya ki shiga sai iyayensa sun shiga-.
