Muna iya ganin yadda Kurdabi mai Littafin Jami'u Li Ahkamil Kur'an: 5/130, ya kawo yadda kididdigar wannan haramcin ya kasance har a wurare bakwai. Ganin yadda Masu wannan tunanin suka kasa samun mafita cikin alakakai din da suka fada ne, sun kasa danganta ingancin wannan haramcin ga manzon Allah (s.a.w), sun kasa wanke Umar domin yaya za a yi ya kasance shi kadai ne ya san wannan hukuncin sai karshen rayuwarsa ne ya shelanta shi, shi ma kuma saboda wani abu da ya faru ya ba shi haushi?! Sun kuma kasa gyara abin da hadisin sunnar halifofin manzon Allah (s.a.w) ya yi magana a kai, domin halifa yana kare abin da ya gada ne, ba ya soke shi, ko ya kore shi ba. Don haka sai suka kirkiro wa Imam Ali (a.s) kagen cewa shi ma ya tafi a kan haramcin auren mutu’a, alhalin shi ne Imami mai kariya ga shari’a, masani da hukuncin Allah da manzonsa, don haka sai aka nemi shafa masa kashin kaji, aka kirkiro masa kagen haramcin mutu’a, domin dai a sanya shi wanda ya yi tarayya da Umar dan Khaddabi cikin shafe hukuncin shari’ar manzon Allah (s.a.w).

Amma sai suka manta da abu guda yayin da suka nuna cewa; Imam Ali (a.s) ya nakalto wannan haramcin ne daga manzon Allah (s.a.w), suna masu jahilta da gafalar cewa; Ya tabbata babu sabani cewa; Umar ne ya haramta, don haka ne ma sai ga shi suna ta karo da juna kan cewa; a yaushe ne manzon Allah (s.a.w) ya haramta, sai wani ya ce; a shekara kaza, a wuri kaza, wani ma ya kawo nasa!.

Sai wani ya ce: Ali (a.s) ya ce: An haramta ne a Tabuka[27], wani kuma a Khaibari[28], da Hunai[29] a sanadi daya da dukkan ruwayoyinsa guda biyu suka tuke zuwa ga Zuhuri. A wani kuma an dangata masa cewa; ya ce da dan Abbas an haramta mutu’a a yakin Khaibar[30]. Wannan kuwa domin sun san cewa; Abdullahi dan Abbas ya kasance yana halatta mutu’a har karshen rayuwarsa ne.

Sanadi daya ne a ruwayar kage da aka kirkira aka jingina wa Imam Ali (a.s) ita, daya tana cewa: An haramta a Khaibar ne, wata kuwa tana cewa; a Hunain ne. Sunan Nisa'i: 6/126. Wannan lamarin ya nuna raunin wannan kagen da aka jingina masa!

A cikin sanadin ruwaya daya ta kage, sai ga maganganu biyu masu karo da juna: Duba: Fathul Bari, fi sharhi Sahih Buhari: 9 / 136, da Alminhaj fi sharhi sahih Muslim: 6 / 119, hashiyyar Kasdalani. Kuma duba haramcin da aka jingina wa Ali (a.s) cewa an haramta a khaibar ne. Sahih Muslim, sharhin Nawawi, hashiyyar Kasdalani: 6/129, 130.

Amma sai muka samu wasu mutanen masu kariya ga shari’a sun musanta wannan maganganu da aka jingina wa manzon Allah da wasiyyinsa Imam Ali (a.s), muna ganin yadda Suhaili yake cewa: Wannan mummuna ne, wannan karya ce. Haka nan Ibn Abdul Barr, da Baihaki, da Ibn Hajar Askalani, da Kasdalani mai Irshadus Sari, da Aini mai Umdatul Kari; suka ce: Haramcin Mutu’a a Khaibar babu wani ma’abocin tarihi da ya ruwaito shi. Don haka babu wani wanda ya rage a kan cewa; wani ya haramta, sai dai kawai haramcin nan na Umar da aka yi ittifaki a kansa.

Don haka ne kuma sai suka koma kan cewa; Ai Ibn Abbas shi ma ya daina fadin haramcinta, amma sai ga su Ibn Hajar, suna cewa: Duk da Ali (a.s) ya gaya masa da kakkusar murya cewa; haramun ne, amma har ya mutu bai daina fadin halaccin auren mutu’a ba. Fatahul Bari: 9 / 139. Albidaya wan Nihaya: 4 / 193.

Amma a wani wurin sai ga Ibn Kasir ya kawo dainawar Ibn Abbas ga fadin halaccinta, don haka yanzu babu wani dai wanda ya rage kan haramcinta sai maganar harmancin nan da Umar ya yi mata, kuma masu goyon bayansa ba su iya kare shi kan abin da ya yi ba ta kowace hanya. Sun kago wa manzon Allah (s.a.w) hadisai kirkirarru, sun kuma ce: Imam Ali (a.s) shi ma yana cewa; An haramta, sannan sun koma suna neman cewa Ibn Abbas ma ya daina fadin halaccinta, duk dai don kariya ga wancan haramcin na Umar da aka yi ittifaki a kan shi ya haramta!
